Way hay and up she rises

A general post jam update.

Fixed several known issues in the jam version, including:

• camera flickering when heading south
• weather not changing dynamically
• increased the delay between songs slightly
• crash damage is now halved
• sanity drain is dramatically lowered
• sun rotation is much faster, should actually be noticeable during a run
