Updates:

• Extended the Tutorial to now cover the Biography Writer
• UI placement adjustments
• Adjusted the hover states of some buttons
• Added more guardrails to the tutorial and progression system
• The speaker can now talk about failures in submitting a squad

• Addressed issues to ensure Game Loop can repeat
• Addressed an issue that could stop the switch between Main Menu Track and the in game music
