I’m excited to share some big updates in the latest version of the game. First off, we’ve got a huge improvement on the sound front – Mike Cotton-Russell has joined the project and absolutely nailed the sound design! Huge thanks to Mike for the amazing effort!
On top of that, I’ve taken some time to rework the gameplay loop. Originally, the game had a set duration where you’d try to find as many anomalies as possible before time ran out. After thinking it over, I decided to tweak the core mechanics to better align with the "find the anomaly" genre. Now, instead of the timer ticking down, you’ll lose the game if you miss 3 anomalies.
