March 14: Tutorial and minor fixes

The following were changed:

• Added brief Tutorial to the demo
• Added demo working on both 32 and 64 bit Windows, as well as for Mac OS and Linux
• Made respawning instantaneous, saving players a few seconds everytime they died.

Fixed the following minor things:

• Soundtrack didn't always triggered when required after saving the game.
• Fixed a typo in the trailer.
