- Added several new options to the Edit AI section of Scenario Options
- Schizophrenic AI and Dementia-Ridden AI are now a thing
- AI income modifier can now be lowered to 0.5
- The AI artillery spam option is back from GD3
- The Hildehrand in the main menu has been given more people to work with
