Another small update, adding some visual changes and a couple of small features.

-Misc Button is now activated
-Added 5 new diseases
-Added main menu animations
-Added ability to get driver's licence
-Added the lottery
 (1 in 25 chance of winning it)
-Added News and Events

Updates will probably be once a month or so. Hopefully assets will be up and running soon.
