New Chapter — Cultivations Realms: A General Explanation

I’ve received some feedback that it can be unintuitive to understand exactly what characters are capable of at each stage of cultivation. This is a fair point—power levels in Xianxia are often highly situational and deeply tied to the fiction of the story. In novels, what a cultivator can do often depends on their techniques, artifacts, etc - and even the drama of the moment. This makes establishing a general guideline based on tropes incredibly challenging.

To address this, I’ve decided to introduce some rough math as a visual guide to help Players and GMs better grasp the progression of power across Realms and Cliché Levels. These numbers are not meant to be rigid or definitive—they’re simply a starting point to provide a sense of scale and progression. Think of them as a framework to build upon, rather than a strict rulebook.

That said, I recognize that this approach still needs more specific examples and perhaps a few descriptions of play to bring the mechanics to life.
