Prototype launch, widescreen support, balance changes, and bug fixes.

The prototype for GET YOKED is out!

I hope everyone has been getting absolutely SHREDDED.
Plenty of people have already become ABSOLUTE UNITS, praise be to Broden God of Gains.

This is a small update that adds widescreen support, fixes some bugs, and changes a few cards.

Bug fixes

• Properly save progress in browser.
  Problem: this change removes your old progress if you had any in the web browser. I've added a "Unlock all decks" button in the pause menu if you want to unlock the decks. Sorry about this. 
• Fix Big Back: there was an issue in the browser build where Big Back would stop cards from drawing and brick your current day.

Balance changes

• Made the first three competitions slightly easier.
