ANTARTICA v1.9 - Exploration Advances!

I'm thrilled to announce a fresh update for ANTARTICA, now reaching version 1.9. Following your invaluable feedback from numerous playtests, I've made some important refinements:

• Simplified Rules: Several rules have been streamlined for better flow and quicker play. The structure of acts and types of relationships have been reviewed. Rules that were often forgotten or rarely used, such as the ritual question and Resource launch, have been removed.
• Manual Revision: Key sections of the manual have been rewritten for clarity, making the game more accessible and intuitive.
• Label Renaming: Certain Labels previously causing confusion have been renamed, enhancing overall comprehension and immersion during play.

All downloadable materials and the online tool have been updated to match version 1.9

Additionally, the game's itch.io page graphics have received a fresh coat of paint, reflecting these latest improvements and giving everything a cohesive look.

Lastly, the quick icebreaker scenario "Shackleton at the Mountains of Madness" is currently undergoing revisions to align with these recent changes. The narrative and spirit remain intact, but expect some adjustments. The revised scenario will be published here on itch.io as soon as it's ready!

Sono felice di annunciare un nuovo aggiornamento per ANTARTICA, che raggiunge la versione 1.9. Grazie ai vostri preziosi feedback provenienti da vari playtest, ho introdotto alcune migliorie significative:

• Regole semplificate: Ho snellito alcune regole per favorire sessioni più fluide e dinamiche, rivista la struttura degli atti e le tipologie di relazioni. Rimosse regole che venivano dimenticate o usate poco, come la domanda di rito e il lancio delle risorse dopo l'utilizzo.
• Revisione del manuale: Diversi passaggi del manuale sono stati riscritti per migliorare chiarezza e facilità di gioco.
• Rinominate le Etichette: Alcune Etichette che creavano confusione durante i test hanno ora nuovi nomi, aumentando comprensione e coinvolgimento durante il gioco.

Tutti i materiali scaricabili e il tool online sono stati aggiornati alla versione 1.9 

Inoltre, la grafica della pagina itch.io è stata aggiornata per rispecchiare queste ultime modifiche, creando un aspetto più coerente ed esteticamente piacevole.

Infine, la quick icebreaker "Shackleton alle montagne della follia" è in fase di riscrittura per adattarsi ai cambiamenti recenti. La narrazione e lo spirito originale restano invariati, ma aspettatevi delle novità. La nuova versione sarà pubblicata qui su itch.io non appena ultimata!
