Web version export/import issue

There was an issue with the export/import buttons, writing to or reading from the clipboard seems to not be supported in itch.io (or maybe in iframes in general) so I created new web-based import and export dialogs,  they don't look pretty right now but they work! , let me know if you find any other issue.
