Prototype 2 (V0.2)

I have uploaded a new version of the prototype of 1bit tower to explore deeper the gameplay possibilities of the concept.

Changelog
- 2 new buildings : The power plant and the water pump
- A new resource : Water, collectable with the water pump and used by the power plant to generate energy
- 2 new maps size : Micro and Gargantuan
- Lakes can now appear on large and Gargantuan maps
- Minimap
- Activable colors palettes
- Option menu
- Pylons no longer generate energy
- Buildings snapping and radius display when placing new buildings
- Display map seed on game over and adding a way to restart with the same settings
- Performances improvement
- Balancing

Ps: The Gargantuan map size is not avalable on web version. This map can't be loaded properly on web.
