I’m finally done with Hilda’s Friendship Route ! This one wasn’t easy to do because I needed to get to the same different plot points (in case the player switches from Romance to Friendship in-between quests) while exploring a different side of the investigation.
In the end I’m pretty satisfied : while both routes lead to a similar climax, they also complete each other with one focusing more on the crime and the other on the antagonist. And I made an effort to have lots of changes in dialogues depending on various choices inside these routes. And I also had fun writing Hilda’s dialogues. Can’t wait to share it with y’all !
Now, the coming week is going to be a lot of work if I want to have a working bugtest version by next Friday, but this time I already did most of the heavy lifting (especially to make sure the MCH skills work correctly) so I’m confident I can stay on schedule.
