Star Knightess Aura version 1.0.4

I was hoping we would be reaching the time where we can sit out a week of patching buuut this week is not that week - we will bring a bunch of semi-important bugfixes.

The skill brothel trainer got bugged up last week and is now fixed again, slower computers experiencing a crash in Aura's final submission scene due to a race condition should be able to safely use SKIP again during this scene without the crash and more.
