The end turn has a new look. I'm still struggling with the look and feel, but for now I'll make it clear.
Under the covers, the old button style has been removed entirely. Skipping text in cutscenes also has a new button that can handle toggles.
Elusive? Hustle? What do those status ailments mean? As a bandaid, the action result now explains what they mean. There's a more permanent solution I need to do, but not now!
If the enemy is offscreen, we don't animate them ending their turn. We'll animate if they move on screen but otherwise it ends immediately. Also the enemy action points refill once the turn ends.
