"Çç" Accent Changes

Space Contract - 15x16 Pixel Font

Changes:

Small update for Space Contract, adjusting the accent C glpyhs "Çç". The descender was shortened by 1 pixel making it inline with all other descenders. Alsong with this change I removed a redudant .ttf file.
