Update v0.17.0.60

This is a minor update:

• Added simple UI animations to title screen.
• Added a star animation when receiving achievements. Achievements are an important source of stars for the player’s ship development. Therefore, additional highlighting is required for this event.
• Removed the free play option from the demo game.
• Bugfixes based on player reports.
