this is a small update with exactly two changes, but they affect the dynamic of combat a lot.
- turn order is now a 50/50 d6 check for each hero. previously it was one such check for the whole party. this change was made to make combat less all-or-nothing, usually resulting in some heroes going before the enemy and some going after.
- any combatant can now deal half damage on a miss, at the cost of giving the target a free maneuver. this change was made to avoid having actions result in nothing happening and no change to the state of a battle.
