Added a sample project, and one small bug fix

Someone reminded me that I didn’t attach a sample project. There’s always something.

I also made a small update to the light-setting functions so that they won’t calculate an index if the index isn’t calculatable (since the light IDs for deferred don’t have to be a numerical index).
