PUM Companion 2.1.0 Release

Dear Companions!

I am glad to announce a new version of the app for you to enjoy :)

PUMC on Steam (soon!)

I began to onboard the app onto Steam, for Windows and Linux, and this is a big opener, although not without long nights of developing the deploys that will go over there :) I expect, if things go well, to have PUM Companion available on Steam by 19th of March (approximately).

The idea is to allow itch.io and DriveThruRPG owners to get the Steam version for free, but it may not be automatic, and I may need your cooperation! Therefore, please consider joining our Discord to stay up to date: https://discord.gg/k2rQMa33Kq

Please keep in mind this puts some strain in effort and expenses, but it opens incredible new doors for the future of the app! Therefore, the price of the app will adjust (for purchases from now on) to the current amount of features and platforms it handles.

In a nutshell: PUM rules v8.31, an all new Analog Play Mode, and Multiple Plot Tracks!

Features

• Upgraded to the Plot unfolding machine v8.31
• Analog mode for playing on paper or theater of the mind
• Incorporate multiple Plot Tracks onto a single game
• Use a more granular Yes or No powerful oracle

Improvements

• Send to log switch is now more compact
• Journal entries expand button moved to the top
• Show character limit count in the plot nodes
• Hidden scrollbars in oracles panel for clarity

Bugfixes

• Fixed game not loading in case of corrupted images
• Fixed non-centered bullet point texts
• Fixed non-centered cinematic mode oracles
• Fixed an issue where go to plot beat would go wrong
• Fixed main menu not working with font scaling
• Various text corrections and other minor bugfixes
