Changelog: Update from 1.2.0 to 1.3.0

• Better Hover Menu: The hover menu has been improved and now has much more information you need when playing!
  
  
• Durability: There is now durability for tools! Unfortunately, they are no longer infinitely usable! :(
  
  
• Belt Splitters: There are now two new belt splitter machines. One that splits from 1 to 2 and one that splits from 1 to 3. The input items are divided equally between all connecting belts.
  
  
• Belt Combiners: There are now two new Belt Combiner machines. One that combines from 2 to 1 and one that combines from 3 to 1. The input items are split evenly between all connecting belts.

• New Belt Animations: In addition to the new belt animations, there are now also animations for the corners around bends!

We fixed the bugs:

• #1 Game Menu Font Color
• #2 Missing Title/Desc Translation
• #3 Farming Land over Belt
• #4 BeltSplitter/BeltCombiner do not save
• #5 BeltSplitter/BeltCombiner Rotates belt
