You can talk to one of the sketchy professors. He has a room with the students. Also, if you buy "magic water" from the INN,
Shelly will need the toilet from time to time. (There is no status checks for that, it is still early, but it is fun.)
Not sure how many to place into the apartments, but seems wrong for Shelly to be alone.
