Weave 3.3x

This one should be good to go but I'll let it sit a bit while I test it some more before overwriting 3.3w; 3.3w I know to be very good, nearly perfect (famous last words), and I'm hesitant to add or remove anything but this was a pretty substantial variance from vanilla ZZT that had never been addressed before.

2/25/2025: Weave 3.3x

•  New .CFG: other.strictwindow
  • Weave text windows are slightly more permissive, allowing SPACE as well as ENTER to select highlighted options or close the window.
  • In vanilla ZZT, only the ENTER key could do this.
  • Setting other.strictwindow to "true" will cause text windows to behave as they do in vanilla ZZT.
  • The displayed instructions for the window adjust to match the current setting.
