PathPlus 2.1.0 : Small fix

This minor release includes:

• A bug fix in the Catmull-Rom path which provoked the fields of the points to be filled with NaN
• An improvement of the AddNoise function, which now includes amplitude and frequency and it is applied on the normal vector of a point instead of randomly moving a point in all directions
