Maintenance release

Nothing spectacular, but this contains an important bugfix.

• Restored old input assignments for pause ([ESC] = pause/abort; any key/button = unpause).
• Touched up some graphics a little bit.
• Fixed a deadly bug (in some rare circumstances, when a soldier died, the soldier that was subsequently activated got killed immediately, too).
