Version 0.18 Update

Not a huge update this time around, mainly some bugfixes and optimizations. Port Merith is now accessible though! Not a ton to do there yet but there is one event and all of the shops on Market St. are setup. See the full changelog below:

• Created Port Merith and added shops
• Fixed Soldier's Double Attack ability to be mapped to the proper skill type
• Added spirit skills, you'll find out what those do later ;)
• Added systems for element buffs through equips
• Added system to show remaining turns on buffs/debuffs
