BUILD 0.1.2_84
- enemy bullets will start slower before accelerating towards their max velocity
- Devil Deck: can no longer Play Hand while Dodging
- trains and more enemies are effected by slowdown from selling Speed Module
- sfx pan and pitch according to position work better with different screen sizes
- fixed misc small map errors
