BUILD 0.1.1_82
- added more rooms and tweaked existing ones with new enemy types (46 total rooms now)
- tweaked indictment challenge to be slightly more possible, probably still impossible :)
- added another song and some new shader effects
- slight adjustements to some sprites
- credits room no longer counts towards Best Floor
- Devil Deck and Lady Luck are now locked in the demo
