RPO 1.3 is out!

Another patch however, this one is important.

• Nerfed (or buffed depending on the difficulty) chapter 5!
  • Object spawn rates are now different based on the difficulty
    • Easy: 0.5x spawn rate
    • Normal: 1x spawn rate
    • Hard: 2x spawn rate
    • Cracked 3x spawn rate
  • The phase 2 holes in the floors are now only in Hard and Cracked difficulty!
• Added a new achievement for completing Chapter 5 on Cracked Difficulty
• Added a soundtrack icon to PopcornOS
• Fixed an issue where the vending machine would still follow you after buying something
• Fixed Bex being able to take damage in the chapter 5 boss fight while in a cutscene.
