Ver 1.3.0 - Plugin rework and new features!

Variable Bars Creator has been reworked and added new features, see the changes below.

• Plugin reworked: A lot of parameters have been erased, and merged into one, making it easier to use
• New feature: Introducing Drag and Drop mode! Press pagedown (W) and start design the layout of your hud bar!
• New feature: The plugin is now able to create bars that present player HP, MP or EXP, it's not just variables anymore!
• New demo: A new demo for both MZ and MV has been uploaded!
