Quick Reference Document Update

Hey Troupers!

After 2 playtests, and having lengthy and thoughtful discussions about moves design, I have updated the Quick Reference document (I call the current document v0.1.19). 

• Converted Spend the Night to be diceless. The randomization for leveling up seemed to ... erm ... random. More seriously, it was neither fair nor interesting enough. The new version is more streamlined to regular PbtA design, but keeps the option of paying a reckless price for upgrade.  
• Face the Music has become diceless, too, because it's much cooler and more fitting the game's vibe. I must credit Voidheart Symphony's Take a Risk as an inspiration.
• Some wording, editing and formatting updates goes with the major changes.
