1.0.9 - Bugfix - Post-processing fix, loading upgrades fix

There’s very little in this update, I’m putting it up though as it makes the game more playable:

• Objects dependent on specific upgrades now correctly update on game load.
• Reduced post-processing applied by NavComputer.
• No longer possible to change ship menu during transitions.
• Minor performance improvements.
