Demo Patch 1.1.0 - The Introduction Patch
After some playtests and looking at my analytics, I decided that the introduction needs a major overhaul. I completely changed the whole intro sequence from the starting cutscene to actually entering the caves. Combat is introduced almost immediately, and the neighborhood zone is now infested with slimes! 3 of them need to be defeated to enter the town. Fortunately there is a $20 reward to get you started and able to do some much needed shopping!
- Coda will request the player acquire 1 Bandages before entering the caves
- Saving acts like how you would expect saving to in a videogame now lol
- Slime Enemy! There's also a transform ability that is on a card in the tutorial fight that is definitely going to see some creative reuse.
- House Indoor battle environment
Honestly, what is any RPG-inspired game without a slime?
