Update 0.3.0
A bunch of adjustments here! Also, I think I accidentally removed the player’s starting weapon in the last update? I’m terribly sorry! It’s back now so you can hit things harder lol.
Also, I got super fixated on this update, so I maaaay have forgotten to write some stuff down.
New Stuff:
- The Queen now has different things to say when you feed her, depending on how much weight she gains during each feeding
- She also has something to say when you stand close to her, which also changes depending on how much weight she gained on her last feeding
- 1 more weight stage (Up to 146 lbs)
- 1 new floor of the dungeon (Floor 5)
- 2 new enemies
- 4 new attacks
- 6 new recipes
- Added a few new things at the ingredients shop
Changes:
- Changed title theme and added music where it was silent
- You now get a full heal whenever you feed the Queen
- The Queen will now eat ANY food, as long as it came from the dungeon. However, cooked food still gives a much higher calorie count, more than the ingredients combined
- Money and experience now go up the farther you go down
- Overhauled enemy stats, they should be easier to manage now
- Changed enemy behaviour.
- Player is always centered when walking around the castle
Bug Fixes:
- Chest loot shouldn’t loop endlessly anymore
- Only 1 chest should spawn at a time now
- The player has a weapon again, I accidently took it out of the starting inventory last update somehow
- The character death animation now matches your character sprite
