The Stratego army is still very new, so we're still playtesting and balancing things out.
v0.8.2 patch notes
Bugfixes:
Fixed a bug where Stratego units attacking a bomb would not destroy the bomb.
Balance Changes:
Spy: cost 5 -> 1
Lieutenant: cost 17/21/25 -> 18/23/28
