What up, gang? I'm very sorry to be the one to tell you this, but you all need to touch some grass. The first update for New Roots is live, bringing fresh farming features, better world-building options, and lots of fruit!
🌿 Outdoor Tileset: Grass and soil tiles + variations are now here! Get our guy out of the house, stat!
🌾 Farming Expansion: We now have crops, fruit trees, and berry bushes—because what’s a farm without a little variety?
🌲 Forestry Upgrades: Oak and pine trees are now in! Chop, gather, replant, repeat.
This update rounds out the essentials for a solid farming foundation. But don’t worry, I’ve got plenty more planned (hint: dungeons, dangers, and decor? 👀).
