this is a massive update, like it's the biggest update you've ever seen in your life (sorry i went donald trump there)

- Made the costume for losing a naval battle darker.
- Replaced the say block for buttons with tooltips.
- Split Prussia, Wallachia, Bulgaria, Serbia and Czechoslovakia.
- Reworked main menu and made "Options" and "Credits & Changelog" screens.
- Added a top bar when in the game.
- Changed the flag of the USSR back to the hammer and the sickle.
- Reworked the nation select screen to make it feel more like HOI4.
- Changed up the flags of Germany, added back The Chancellor's face.
- Added nukes.
