- fixed bug where Dusk played a room early
- Indictments make Clones more hungry (+$10 per indictment)
- bones dropped from enemies won't show a shadow while above the void
- slight dialogue changes
- adjust z-index for spikes
- Tutorial no longer counts towards Best Floor
