Update 0.1.1

For some strange, bizarre reason, it turns out that the recipe book does NOT work unless it is explicitly dropped from an enemy.

Changes:

• Removed recipe shop for now
• Moved recipe book to Hopper loot pool
• Eggs temporarily unobtainable ("Pancake" recipe is not make-able)
