New minor version - change to orc actions table

Thanks to A Screaming Wyvern for pointing out an error in the Orc Actions table - the descriptive text did not match the actions. So no biggie in terms of affecting gameplay, just probably a bit confusing :) (Just the rules document has been updated.)
