The BIG HUGE UPDATE is finally here! The version 1.4 completely changes the rules of RANDungeon, so update the game as fast as you can!
Here the changelog:
major update: new ‘draw card’ system for a better gameplay experience
important update: new menu called “the way of faith” (new actions: wrath/meditate)
important update: new “fight menu” mechanics and “extra damage” roulette
update: ‘survival kit’ and ‘first aid kit’ can be found into treasure chest
update: in ‘hard mode’ the trap damage will increase
update: added a new trap called ‘electrocution’
update: the further you progress in the dungeons, the more traps there will be
update: better fatigue system
update: new mechanics for “closed door” event
update: the chance to find “special items” is now well balanced
update: the more tired you are, the more difficult it will be to escape the pursuer
update: discharging fury now you can recover more health (recover is based on current health)
update: new “inspiration” event – sometimes now you can choose what you wanna search into dungeons
update: “inspiration” event is influenced by missing “fury” (less fury, more inspiration cause not thinking about combat)
update: eluding a pursuer slightly increase the fury gauge
update: under “berserk” status alteration, you cannot perform “rest for a while” action
update: no more turn penalty for assassin’s “frighten” special skill
update: must have a minimum of 300 gold to use shards converter (400 gold if in hard mode)
update: the “gnome” have a slightly increased chance to left his box
update: now you get tired more easily, but by resting you will recover more stamina (maybe few hp) and don’t lose a turn
update: can no longer trash torches/food, but “panic” is now easier to get (now the positive effects of “panic” are greater)
update: armor “hud” icons modified
update: tutorial page has removed from the game (step-by-step tutorial is still available)
update: save/load system now shows the character’s portrait (and also can load in mid-game)
update: fury “raise” faster when defeating any enemy (without suffering any hit) and when below 20 hp
update: less “fury” penalty if hit by enemy or unable to defeat him
update: new windowskin and enhanced save system
update: better sync for audio animations
update: “lucky charm” nerfed. Now it will increase the gold/ancient shards found by 1/3
QOL update: font size have been increased for better readability on steam deck
QOL update: a balloon hover icon indicates that you cannot deposit gold
bugfix: wrong fury charging when suffer an extra attack by enemy
bugfix: the homeless ‘hungry-man’ special got wrong description
bugfix: using ‘Depowering Gun’ if choosing the corruption
bugfix: now you can’t get lost at the beginning of the dungeon or when you reach the exit
bugfix: not shaking card for pursuers
bugfix: wrong sprint from the “executioner” at dungeon end
bugfix: discharging the fury gauge, the hp went over its maximum capacity (for a short time)
bugfix: sometimes the weapon degrades after a charge
bugfix: some issue related to icons after using upgrade kits
bugfix: the “sorcerer” will hit even when don’t
bugfix: sometimes the merchant of potions leaves too earlier
bugfix: the warrior character does not start with the “ring mail armor” equipped
bugfix: attack/defense hud icon disappear after upgrading at workshop
bugfix: not set correctly the “decision card” choice if simultaneously find a new weapon/shield
bugfix: the chest icon in dungeon 3 is wrongly positioned
