Update V0.5.0

This update didn't add any new content, but did add a settings screen to the main menu

Settings you can now modify are

• Enable/Disable Particles
• Enable/Disable Dynamic Cursor (This can increase the perceived performance quite a bit)
• Enable/Disable Fullscreen mode
• Change Resolution (Please let me know if the resolutions don't scale correctly in any part of the game)

This update also added a few minor fixes that will hopefully increase performance
