Changes and Fixes

• Particle spells and spectral now follow mouse cursor
• Particle spells, spectrals and lightning are now also effected by extra damage upgrade
• Fixed weird bug that spectrals can´t hit some types of enemies
• Extra damage upgrade price was increased
• Max level of Time warp and Backpack size was increased
