Projectbrood Devlog 5: Bit of Patching and other

Heya!

I'm going to be brief as there isn't much new, but I did fix some stuff:

• Fixed where saving during an active pregnancy and then loading would remove the pregnancy
• Added Status effects for various things, mainly labor, post-partum, hunger and when the pregnancy gets too big
• Surrogates will now struggle with larger pregnancies, the lab will have upgrades that mitigate that

That's mostly it, I am still taking in questions about the setting, this will be used later for a in character QnA later on, Note that questions about when certain updates will arrive and whether or not something will be added to the game will not be answered.
