Feature update and minor bugfix(es) for INDUSTRIAL DREAMS

• Text strings are now converted to uppercase regardless of shift/caps input
• All commands accept uppercase text
• "HELP" command added- provides basic commands to player upon input
• Start-up screen containing streamer-friendly features
  • New start-up screen prevents the game from automatically launching until correct input is given
  • New start-up screen allows music to be muted, but preserves sound effects
• Fixed bug pertaining to POWER and breakers
• Fixed bug that crashed game upon re-entry of the Robotics Lab after entering a series of other rooms in a specific order
• Fixed bug that prevented text from clearing when DATA input
• Fixed bug pertaining to keycard visibility
  • Keycard is now properly visible ONLY when the correct trigger is given
