Facelift of entire Desert Oasis town,
Added fences, cleaned up roads
Placed bard in Desert Oasis Town
-He plays music sometimes! :D
intensity of lantern on belt lowered
animation for turning on and off
Fixed inventory not showing up after saving before looking inside a global inventory container (Sorry!)
