v0.2.0 - Modernization and UI Update

No new major functional changes, but still some essential stuff to support future development and keep all of the plugins internally consistent!

• UI rebuild using the new theme and color scheme
• This is now a one-file plugin! VNyan 1.5.1 brought us a new plugin loader that allows all of the assets for a plugin to be packed into a single DLL file

Grab the new DL and copy it directly into your VNyan Items/Assemblies folder to replace the old one. You can also delete the old JayoVRMHairOptimizerPlugin.vnobj file from that same folder as it won't be needed.
