New engine :D

I move from Construct 2 game engine to Godot.

I remade the app from scratch with GD Script. 

Features:

• UI Improvement.
• Now you can put icons in the description (Thanks to BBCode).
• Icon edit improvement.
• Snow icon added.
• Added an english package for windows.
• Added an spanish package for windows.
