Menu now added with graphical settings for huge improvements in performance

Menu added with the ability to change graphics.

Previously: 30fps with dips below 25fps at 800x600 with HD4600 (10 year old iGpu) now at 60+fps at low settings.

Will be adding the ability to turn off Ambient occlusion, Anti-aliasing and Volumetric lighting for an even higher performance increase.
