Added tooltip system and new panels!

Hey everyone! 🚀 I've just rolled out an update with some exciting new features and improvements:

🆕 New Panels:

• Neoscience – A brand-new section dedicated to futuristic research!
• Trainings – A place to level up your skills (currently under construction).

✨ Improved Tooltip System:

• Key phrases containing extra information are now written in italics.
• Tooltips are highlighted with a background color for better readability.
• Added multiple new tooltip triggers to provide more context where needed!
