Next update 1.02 will address the following issues:
1. projectile velocity will add relative shooter's velocity.
2. enemy and asteroid counts will be scaled by world bounds that are calculated from camera frustum.
3. splitting up projectile pools between enemies and player so there is no mixing. I may need to give up pooling if problem persists. **
4. fixing power-up issues where as player gets credit for power-ups the the enemies collect.
5. attaching starfield to camera instead of player to prevent it from drifting away when player dies. it looks dumb
